• Fillings

Using composite filling material, Dr. Osborne can install tooth colored fillings that don’t show that you even have a filling. This material is safe, mercury-free, and long-wearing. You can smile in confidence knowing that your fillings don’t show.

• Crowns

Porcelain, high quality crowns encompass the tooth to give you a better chewing surface for a damaged tooth. The crown is custom made to look like your original tooth.

• Bridges

Porcelain bridgework replaces missing teeth with custom made ones that are shaped like the original teeth.  We also provide bridges that are supported by tooth implants.

•  Root Canals

We perform pain-free root canals in our office in one visit.

•  Extractions

If you need a tooth removed, or your child needs help getting a baby tooth out, we will be glad to assist with that.

•  Dentures and partials

While we gladly provide dentures and partials, there are more satisfactory ways to deal with the loss of teeth. With the more widespread use of implants, complete and partial dentures are becoming less utilized in dentistry. They do remain however as a viable treatment option for patients who have financial constraints.

•  TMJ

We screen for and do non-invasive treatments for TMJ. It is an inflammation either in the temporomandibular joint which connects the lower jaw to the skull, or in the collection of several muscles that control jaw movements.  If left untreated, the complications can get significant.

•  Bruxism and occlusal guards

Bruxism is the clenching and grinding of the teeth, usually as a subconscious act, or during sleep.  If caught and treated early, damage can be avoided with the wearing of an occlusal guard (oral appliance).
